This is an inner journey into your soul supported by sacred indigenous plants

Includes: 7 nights & 8 days, 2 Ayahuasca ceremonies, 1 Wachuma ceremony, Rapeh ceremonies, hiking in the Andes mountains, integration circles, herbal baths & plant showers, Despacho - Traditional Andean sacred flower & plant offering, sound healing journey, fire circle integrations, cacao ceremony, and coca ceremony.

Day 1 - Arrival & Check in at Apu Healing Center
  • 9:00 am: Pick up at the Main Plaza de Armas in Cusco (main square)- to the Apu Healing Center
  • 12:30 pm: Lunch (whole plant based meal) 
  • 2:00 pm: Welcome circle with sacred Coca plant introduction with Apus. Andean Despachó offering to Mother Earth. Textile & Artisan market from Andean communities.
  • 4:00 pm: One on One personal consultation interview
  • 6:30 pm: Dinner & Early bed time since most people will be tired from traveling 
Day 2 - Ayahuasca Ceremony Day 
  • 7:30 am:  Mapacho Purge ( Cleansing & releasing -getting body ready to receive the plant medicines) 
  • 9:00 am: Light Breakfast & 12:30 pm Light Lunch 
  • 3:00 pm: Flower Shower - Pre-Ceremony blessing 
  • 5:30 pm: Rapeh introduction Ceremony 
  • 6:00 pm: Grandmother Ceremony - Ayahuasca
Day 3 - Post Ayahuasca Integration/ Resting Day
  • 9:00 am: Breakfast 
  • 10:00 am: Group Integration

  • 12:30 PM: Lunch 

  • 1:00 pm: One on One personal integration
  • 6:30 pm: Dinner & Rest sleep time 
Day 4 - Ayahuasca 2nd Ceremony day/night
  • 9:00 am: Light Breakfast  & 12:30 pm Light Lunch 
  • 3:00 pm: Flower Shower - Pre-Ceremony blessing 
  • 5:30 pm: Rapeh Ceremony
  • 6:00 pm: Grandmother Ceremony - Ayahuasca
Day 5 - Post Ayahuasca Day at the Center 
  • 9:00 am: Breakfast 
  • Group Integration

  • One on One Integration 
  • 6:30 pm: Dinner & Rest sleep time 
Day 6 - Wachuma Ceremony Day 
  • 9:00 am: Opening Ceremony
  • Light hike to the river 
  • 5:00 pm: Closing Ceremony back at the center 
  • 6:00 pm: Dinner 
Day 7 - Saturday Pumahuanca Apu - Full Hiking Day
  • Early Breakfast 
  • Hike to Pumahuanca  
  • Picnic with the Apu and mountain friends.  
  • 5:30 pm: Return to the center & Dinner 
  • Rest sleep time
Day 8 - Cacao & Closing Ceremony 
  • 8:00 am: Cacao Ceremony 
  • 9:00am-11am: Closing Prayer ceremony 
  • Return to Cusco 
What is not included: Airfare to/from your hometown to the destination.

This experience is for someone who likes to be in nature and be more active. We will be hiking into the mountains and staying with a local Andean family, connecting to the mountains and praying with the land.

Includes: 6 days & 5 nights; One Wachuma and Sacred Mushrooms ceremony, hiking & camping - a sacred pilgrimage to the Andean mountains, views of lakes & waterfalls, "Despacho" - sacred flower & plant offering, sacred song shares, fire circles, group integrations, coca ceremony, cacao ceremony, and earth dancing.

Including: Ground transportation (pickup & drop-off), whole food plant-based meals throughout the entire stay. Camping equipment and sleeping bags will be provided.
Day 1 - Welcome at Apu Healing Center                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
  • 7:00 am: Pick up from Cusco to the Apu healing Center
  • 10:00 am: Hiking & Camping to our first location.
Day 2 - Light Hiking & Wachuma Ceremony (San Pedro)
  • 8:00 am: Opening Ceremony w/ Sacred Despacho Ceremony to the Apus
  • 4:00 pm: Closing Ceremony, return to camping site one 
  • 5:00 pm: Dinner (whole plant based meal).
  • Rest - Sleep time
Day 3 - Sacred pilgrimage to the Andean mountains - site two 
  • 8:00 am: Hike to second Apu house
  • 12:30 pm: Arrival to second site location & lunch
  • Rest & free nature time
  • 3:00 pm: Integration circle sharing 
  • 5:00 pm: Dinner & rest time 
Day 4 - Lake Hike & Sacred Mushrooms Ceremony
  • 8:00 am: Hike to lake after light breakfast 
  • 11:00 am: Opening Ceremony for sacred mushroom ceremony 
  • 5:00 pm: Closing Ceremony & return to site two
  • 6:30 pm: Dinner and rest time
Day 5 - Integration & return to camp site one 
  • 8:30 am: Hike back to the first campsite one after breakfast 
  • 12:00 pm: Lunch with a beautiful view of the sacred mountains  
  • 3:00 pm: Cacao Ceremony with Apus
  • 7:00 pm: Dinner & rest time
Day 6 - Last day in the sacred mountains 
  • 7:30 am: Breakfast 
  • 8:30 am: Gratitude prayers with the Apus 
  • 9:30 am: Return back to trail head

  1. Wachuma - San Pedro ceremony- A day in nature pilgrimage

    A beautiful ceremony to connect with your inner child. We will be guiding a walk through nature while we meditate, pray, and connect with ourselves and afterward integrate with food and singing around the fire while we allow our inner child to speak. This is a day ceremony but for those who need time and space, an overnight space is available at the center.

  2. Sacred Mushrooms Ceremony

    Remember who you are in a world of confusion. Go on a journey to your inner world to illuminate your shadows to open the wisdom, love, and compassion that lives within your being.
