Meet the Apu healing Team

  • Rossanita - Warmi Spirit

Founder of this center, a spiritual medicine guide, and ceremonialist of sacred medicines. Born in Peru with a lineage from both the Andean and Peruvian Amazon regions, she has been walking the spiritual path for almost 13 years after reconnecting with her ancestors. She has studied with several indigenous groups of the Andes, Brazil, and Shipibo lineage. Her role at the healing center is to lead, guide, and empower people to reconnect with themselves and Pachamama.

She holds space and serves sacred medicine, supporting the healing process of visitors. With a very loving and compassionate nature, her wish is for everyone to experience the magic of love and self-healing through different elements, including sacred plants.

  • Antua - Visionary Artist and Medicine Woman

A sacred medicine woman of many ceremonial gifts, embarked on an initiatory journey across Latin America, where she connected with Shamanic Arts, Psychomagic, and Psychoshamanism, using these practices as tools for self-knowledge, healing, and liberation. Her work as a Holistic Therapist has spanned psychiatric hospitals, psychoanalysis centers, and therapeutic and retreat centers, specializing in Master Plant ceremonies. As an independent practitioner, she leads therapeutic and shamanic experiences, focusing on the Sacred Feminine. Incorporating Visionary Art, Dance, Psychomagic Theater, Performance, Video Art, and Photography, she uses creative expression to facilitate healing. She collaborates with Mother Ayahuasca and Wachuma (San Pedro), offering private ceremonies and assisting other Shamans in their work.

  • Wendy Barrios - Integration Specialist.

Wendy has been a student of health and wellness for over a decade. Her background began in Kinesiology for physical rehabilitation, and she is a certified yoga teacher and massage therapist. Her journey took a significant turn after experiencing Ayahuasca, which altered the trajectory of her healing path. Following extensive time in the jungles of Iquitos, Peru, Wendy encountered challenges reintegrating into the bustling environment of Los Angeles. She found herself reverting to behavioral patterns she had believed she had purged. It was during this period that she recognized the crucial importance of integration.

One clear vision emerged for Wendy: to pursue further studies and pursue a master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology. Wendy employs methods such as Gestalt therapy, active imagination, and somatic approaches in her work with individual clients. She conducts group integration circles, facilitates dreamwork and breath work support virtually, and hosts workshops focusing on self-development and relational skills.

Wendy firmly believes in the wisdom of altered states of consciousness and acknowledges the profound influence these mystical and magical states can have on our health and well-being.
